Event series with Musicasa: Dayan

The feeling when you discover new music or a new artist that you like is completely indescribable. In our interactions with musicians and creatives from all over the world, we’ve been fortunate to discover the skills and projects from thousands. Nothing makes us more excited than to help more and more creatives achieve their professional goals, specially when we have a tangible result.

A little while ago, I met with Musicasa’s founder Beatriz Ayala, and in sharing both of our visions for the music industry we found a unique synergy. Musicasa exists to help LatinX up and coming & amateur musicians gain exposure, visibility, and new monetization opportunities by creating intimate, exclusive, community driven, and highly curated live performances. While Stereotheque provides the network, tools and teams for musicians to succeed, Musicasa is bridging the gap between musicians and their fans, putting their skills to work in a friendly environment.

Laura Dayan

We’re very proud to present our first concert series with DAYAN, a Brooklyn-based authentic Latin- Folktronic band conformed by Argentinian singer-songwriter/synth bassist Laura Dayan, Peruvian guitarist/producer Darko Saric, and American drummer Mike Dawson.

Dayan’s most recent album “Crecer Lejos” creates a powerful new sound with cinematographic melodies and melancholic lyrics that redefine their Latin American roots.

On these tracks, Dayan is not only committed to delivering an honest and powerful message through its music, but also through its actions. You can see their innovative idea to help through their music at: TheSoundOfOurCommute.com.

They have shared the live stage and opened for amazing world wide Latin American bands including Jarabe de Palo, Nite Mestre, La Mala Rodriguez among others at some of New York City’s best venues like Highline Ballroom or SOB’s.
